五、如何办理乳品进口商备案？
进口商应当于食品进口前向企业工商注册所在地检验检疫机构申请备案。进口商应当先通过国家质检总局进口食品进出口商备案管理系统
填写并提交备案申请表，提供收货人名称、地址、联系人姓名、电话、境外生产企业名称、地址、填表人姓名、电话以及承诺书等信息，并对所提供信息的真实性负责。

3、企业食品安全管理制度:包括源头保障、质量控制、产品追溯与召回、风险信息报告等质量安全管理制度，制定风险信息应急方案。
4、食品安全技术人员、管理人员、风险信息报告员、应急联络员的组织机构设置、部门职能和岗位职责； 请特别注意：食品安全技术人员应负责跟踪收集相关的法律法规、食品安全国家标准等要求，审核企业进口乳品配料、标签等信息，以确保企业进口的乳品符合中国食品安全国家标准和相关要求。
5、拟经营的食品种类、存放地点；
6、2年内曾从事食品进口、加工和销售的，应当提供相关说明（食品品种、数量）；
7、自理报检的，应当提供自理报检单位备案登记证明书复印件并交验正本。
