温控器寿命测试机Thermostatlifetestingmachine

试验工位：6 工位，体胀式温控器、突跳式温控器、热断路器各 2 工位，立计数。
Test working position: working position 6, working position 2 for swelling thermostat, sudden-jump thermostat and thermal breaker, counting independently.
1)每工位配电流检测器，籍此判定寿命周期次数，并带断电数据保存功能。
Each working position shall be furnished with current detector and times of life cycle shall be judged by virtue of this. In addition, power failure data storage function shall be prepared.
2)检测样品：体胀式温控器和突跳式温控器，对样品的触点常开和常闭进行寿命试验。
Test sample: Swelling thermostat and sudden-jump thermostat, conduct life test for normally open and normally closed contact of sample.
3)温控范围：室温-130℃，控制精度±1℃
Temperature control scope: Indoor temperature -130℃, control precision ±1℃
4)导热介质： 突跳式温控器采用电热管导热铜片，体胀式温控器、 热断路器采用高温水（或油） 。
Heat conducting media: Sudden-jump thermostat adopts electrical heated tube heat conducting copper sheet and swelling thermostat and thermal breaker adopt high-temperature water (or oil).
5)冷却气压：0～1MPa;（客户自备）
Cooling air pressure: 0～1MPa; (prepared by clients)
6)试验频率：1-6 次/min 可调；（具体取决于样品的感应速率）
Test frequency: 1-6 times/min adjustable; (rely on induction rate of sample)
7)控制方式：采用日本三菱 PLC+台湾威纶触摸屏+温度传感控制方式，在触摸屏上可选择常开和常闭功能，试验次数、测试周期、温度可预设及显示，相关测试时参数可显示、自动记录、存储、查询；
Control mode: Japanese Mitsubishi PLC+ Taiwan WeinView touch panel+temperature sensing control mode is adopted and normally open and normally closed function can be selected on the touch panel. Test times, test cycles and temperature can be preset and shown and parameters can be shown in related tests, with automatic recording, storage and inquiry;

11)计数方式： 根据电流通断或机械动作计数
Counting form: Count in accordance with current flow or mechanical action
12)试验参数：寿命要求测试 10 万次 ；试样接上额定电压，对控温器给以升、降温进行触头开闭动作试验，大频率 6 次/min，闭合时间 1 s 以上，每开闭一次作为一个周期，记录周期次数，不发生因电弧引起的极间短路及对带电件短路。
Test parameters: 100 thousand tests are required by the life; the sample shall be connected with rated voltage and the thermostat shall be provided with temperature rise and reduction to conduct contact on-off action test, with maximum frequency 6 times/min, closing time over 1s. Each on-off is taken as a cycle and cycle times shall be recorded. There is no inter-polar short circuit and short circuit of live part caused by arc.
13)智能判定：当开关粘合，出现连续接通或断开，超设定次数可报警。
Intelligent judgment: Continuous connection or break occurs when the switch is bound and alarm will be given if setting times are surpassed.
14)夹具安装：温控器固定夹具，对形状不同的温控器有可调的夹具进行固定。（具体根据样品） ，
Fixture installation: Fixed fixture for special thermostat and adjustable fixture is used to fasten thermostats with different shapes (as per sample).
15)试验负载： 每工位可连接负载， (每路 1A~30A/220V 可调，阻性负载柜， 负载电流： 5A、10A、16A、25A、30A；误差±3％) （负载另配，不包含）
Test load: Connected load of each working position, (1A~30A/220V of each circuit is adjustable, resistive load cabinet, load current: 5A, 10A, 16A, 25A and 30A; error ±3％) (load matched otherwise, not included)
16)电流检测： 每工位分别配有电流检测器，带有断电数据保存功能和完成后自动停机及报警提示
Current detection: Each working position is respectively provided with current detector without power failure data storage function and automatic shutdown and alarm prompt after completion.
17)安全防护：具漏电保护、超温保护、过流、过压保护报警功能；
Safety protection: With leakage protection, over-temperature protection, over-current, over-voltage protection alarm function;
18)报警提示：立设定寿命次数、到达寿命次数自动停止该路试验，温控器出现异常自动报警并停止该路计数。直到故障和报警解除可恢复试验。
Alarm prompt: Life times shall be set independently and the circuit test shall be stopped automatically if the time times are reached. If anomaly of thermostat occurs, alarm shall be given automatically and counting of the circuit shall be stopped. The test can be recovered until fault and alarm are relieved.
